OUR NEW SCHOOL MASCOT

We are so excited to introduce you to our new School Mascot!

THE LYNX

This mascot was chosen by everyone who participated in our mascot voting event during last year's Virtual school.

We asked students to draw a Mascot they would like for the school to have. The chosen one would actually become our New and school Mascot.

Those students interested, participated in the competition and sent us their drawings.

Out of every drawing received our Staff chose 3 best ones for our students to vote on.

Option 3 was voted best by all of our students!

The mascot was created by our 3rd grade student Anthony Polanco

Anthony Polanco has been in our school since 2nd grade and is now in 4th Grade.

After been chosen, during the summer Anthony worked on perfecting the school’s new Mascot.

Onced finished it was recreated digitally on Illustrator and the school's colors were added.

We are officially SBMCS Home of the LYNX - We are Fearless, Limitless, and Strong!
